Welcome to the Glyphs page : Groups & Locations

Ancient geo glyphs litter an international border region of the North African Mediterranean Coastal desert plains; an estimated 56,000 square kilometer area. From an altitude of less than 20 km, the remnants of an ancient civilization(s), (that potentially pre-dates all other civilizations in the regions) can be seen clearly, as if to be specifically seen from an aerial vantage. Please observe our close-up screen shots of Google Earth satellite images from 2009 and earlier.

Westward Border Stilt Geo Glyphs Details

A region that follows a coastal ridge, perhaps an ancient coastline

West Stilt Border Region
*This image has NOT been Photoshop enhanced.

This region highlights a row of border stilt glyphs similar to the Southward Border group. They seem to follow a landscape that appears to once have been a coast that might have been lower in elevation and has been raised from sea level. It's possible there was a greater area of ancient civilizations that are now underwater as a new coast has evolved in time.
